He is a pioneer & leading in representation of Income Tax Litigation matters, particularly in the field of Search & Seizure cases, Corporate cases, Transfer Pricing cases, Individual Entrepreneurs, Small Business houses, Firms & HUF.​

CA Krishna Upadhya is an ex-EY and excels in advising clients on Income tax, Cross border taxations, Corporate Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Tax Due Diligence. He also represents clients before income tax authorities and appellate authorities.

CA Pawan Kumar Daga is an expert in matters related to Bookkeeping, Payroll management, MIS, Process designing, compliances and Audit closures. He has previously worked with many big corporates such as Sobha Developers, Info Prints and TeleDNA.

CA R K Suchindra is an ex- Deloitte and excels in indirect tax advisory, compliance and litigation support services to clients. Currently, he handles indirect tax services for ecommerce, real estate to name a few.

K Dushyantha Kumar is a Companies Secretary and has close to 20 years’ experience in advising clients on various matters involving due diligences, mergers, demergers, takeovers, liquidations of companies, Companies Act, FEMA and related matters.

Shradha is a hardworking and dedicated individual with work experience of over 7 years with Advith. She was awarded for scoring the highest marks during her M.Com. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting. She currently heads the team handling HR and payroll, accounts and administration, communications, and social media activities for the Firm. Her commitment to following policies and procedures makes her an asset to Advith Consulting. Her leadership role in managing various departments demonstrates her strong organisational and communication skills. Her interest in sports also highlights her balanced personality.

Nikita is a Company Secretary and commerce graduate with 5+ years of distinguished experience in company secretarial matters, including corporate affairs and corporate governance, RBI compliance, and any other related matters. She is adroit in dealing with Registrar of Companies, auditors, and legal counsel. She joined the Firm as a Manager- Corporate Secretarial Services. She enjoys listening to songs and watching movies.

Sharanya is a commerce graduate and is currently pursuing CA. Sharanya's interest in finance and problem solving has led her to explore various avenues in the field. She has a keen eye for detail and is always looking for ways to improve processes and optimise results. In her previous stint at an audit firm, she worked across various sectors like information technology, healthcare, education, and manufacturing, among others. Sharanya is a driven and experienced professional who has a passion for numbers and problem solving. She believes that numbers are magical in the sense that they have the power to create chaos and calm at the same time. She brings a diverse range of skills and expertise to her current role in finance and is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, binge watching documentaries, and travelling.

Ekta is a chartered accountant with four years of experience. She has worked across industries like iron manufacturing and pharmaceutical before joining Advith. In her previous stints, she has single-handedly managed setting up of Gratuity trust and has taken steps in implementation of internal controls for smooth business operations. Currently, she is an Assistant Manager in CFO services working on MIS reporting, compliance review, audit closures etc. Ekta is always keen to learn from new experiences, accepts challenges positively, and believes in quality deliverables for gaining client's trust. In her spare time, she loves cooking and dancing.
